Meet Emily Dwyer, LAc
Emily Dwyer is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in the state of Texas. After receiving a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine (as well as an Associates in Massage Therapy) at the Pacific College of Health and Science in New York and San Diego, she returned to Houston to share her healing techniques with the community she and her family have known for over six generations. She has interned and volunteered with a number of organizations including Acupuncturists without Borders, Border Angels, Rady’s Children’s Hospital, Veterans Affairs, and the Integrative Health Project in Panajachel, Guatemala.
Emily utilizes acupuncture to help clients alleviate symptoms associated with many concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, migraines, digestive issues, fertility, menstruation issues, and physical pain. Her acupuncture treatments are individually tailored to each patient with the intention of getting to the root of the issue and encouraging the body to heal itself.
